On e-attitude.net we hope you will find artworks to please you in our permanent virtual exhibition.
But you will also be able to buy with confidence thanks to our policies in matters of customer freedom and security.
Security of transactions
Secure online payments :
- - Credit or debit card payment, American Express, MasterCard, VISA : up to € 20,000
- - Online payments are processed by our partner bank LCL through its secure Sherlocks platform.
Wire transfer possible depending on payment amounts : available from € 1,500, mandatory above € 20,000
Freedom & choice
You can use the same customer account on all our sites - including our exhibitors' personal sites.
Several orders at once : you can buy artworks from different exhibitors and make a single payment.
Cancellation option : you can still cancel an order until validation of your payment - e.g. because you do not agree with shipping costs or you just changed your mind.
Guarantee & delivery
Shipment of your orders is the sole responsibility of the exhibitors who may use the delivery service of their choice.
However, we provide additional guarantee and keep you updated on the status of your delivery :
- - Notifications on the status of your order plus shipment tracking if available from the delivery service.
- - Delivery guarantee : if your order cannot be shipped under a month time, you will get a full refund.
- - Return policy : in case the item received is in bad shape or different from what was announced, we will find a convenient solution for you.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality of personal data : your name, your postal address and your e-mail address are used only for administrative and order shipment purposes.
We do not give them away to third parties or publish them. Even our exhibitors can only access your name and address once your order has been validated.
Account access : authentication is done with your e-mail address and password.
Your password is encrypted in our database and cannot be retrieved - that's why you will have to reset it in case you forget it.
